It appears t...Nestle screwed up here on two levels. It appears the multinational brand entrusted its online presence to an individual who doesn't understand the rules of engagement. If this brand is like others I come across, this is due to a lack of understanding and respect for this medium. Nestle more than likely thought they could use a low-level (or even worse, a "green" individual lacking experience) to manage something where experience is becoming more and more vital.<br /><br />Companies that don't understand that bad service and poor communication with online customers cripples them ought to pull the plug on their online efforts until they're ready to get serious.Caroline Pritchardnoreply@blogger.com
